Steve is a business development professional with over 20 years experience in senior sales and business development roles in the IT services arena. He is an expert on the needs of the Energy and Utilities industry having spent the last 10 years dedicated to the sector.

He has played a major role in helping organisations such as Fujitsu, SAIC and Amor to increase their IT services footprint in Energy and Utilities. His combination of IT knoSteve Reaywledge and sector experience has provided him with the ability to deliver value and insight by quickly assimilating an organisations capabilities and translating these into solutions that deliver real customer value. His extensive ‘’technology services’ experience embraces everything from enterprise wide outsourcing to high impact business change projects.

Steve operates with ease at both CxO and operational level enabling him to effectively provide business development support at all levels in both the client and the customer organisation.

In addition to his industry and technology knowledge he is both a practitioner and advocate of the  communications and decision support processes (‘pyramid thinking’ and ‘value mapping’) which are a mainstay of Enstra’s capability enabling clients to develop and present compelling value propositions.

With Smart metering and grids changing the nature of IT in the Energy and Utilities sector, Steve’s focus is both on helping software and IT service providers carve out their share of the new value chain, as well as advising purchasers of the IT products and services on what they should be asking for from their potential suppliers and giving independent advice on procurement.
