enstra consulting is a network of independent consultants co-ordinated by Peter Franklin. All the consultants who work under the enstra flag are seasoned professionals.
Peter Franklin is a well known figure in the energy and utilities sector. He brings with him over 25 years experience of the sector, and was one of the leading figures in the liberalisation of the UK energy market in the 90’s. Peter is one of the industry’s thought leaders and is regularly published in the industry press. These articles can be viewed in the “our publications” section of this site.
