The enstra Code of practice

As a member of the Institute of Business Consultancy (IBC) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) Peter Franklin adheres to the IBC's code of conduct in all his, and enstra's, consulting activities. (click here of details of the IBC Code of conduct).

In addition we abide by the following principles:

  1. We will be open and transparent with you in respect of our business dealings
  2. We will pro-actively advise you of any potential conflicts of interest and how we propose to manage them
  3. We will at all times seek win-win solutions with you, and are positively disposed to finding workable ways of sharing risk and reward
  4. We are mindful of the need to assure sustainable development for both ourselves and our clients. To this end we have put in place, and abide by, our own environmental policy (click here for details)

Privacy

Any data you submit on this site will be handled with due care and attention, and will only be used by us to communicate with you. Your data will not be divulged to any third party, other than those who provide communication services on our behalf, for promotional or other purposes without your express permission unless we are instructed to divulge such data by a Court or other relevant legal authority.

We insist that all organisations who work on our behalf eg to provide newsletter mailing services, respect our Privacy arrangements such that your data is only used for communications with Enstra Consulting unless you give us permission otherwise.
