The Options
You can select from the three training delivery options below. Each covers all of the theory elements needed, each given the opportunity to work through pracitcal examples of deploying the theory in practice. You can mix and match depending on what suits your team best.
Face to Face

Face to face training takes place in your offices, or in a venue arranged by you, typically for a group of 8-12 delegates. We provide two expert practitioner trainers who take the group through the theory of how Pyramid Thinking plus works and how to deploy it. They also facilitate a number of working sessions in whch the delegates, often broken down into two syndicate groups, work through creating a Pyramid Thinking Plus logic structure. At the end of the day delegates are asked to do some "homework" - that is to create a logic strucutre for their own communication. These are then discussed in a one to one mentoring session with one of the trainers.
Our tutored on-line option provides the equivalent content and group working experience to the face to face course but for a smaller group of 3 or 4 delegates. This option comprises a combination of 1 to 1 and group tutored sessions interspersed with self learning videos. This format is ideal for organisations with dispersed staff and/or hybrid working or just a small group of staff requiring training. The mentoring session is delivered as a tutorial at the end of the course in which each delegate goes through thier own communication logic and presentation and receives feedback from colleagues and the expert tutor.
The programme is available as a series of 10 modules based on a self defined communications project. This is hosted on a leading global learning management platform. During the program dlegates can use the asynchronous chat facility built into the platform to raise queries with the tutor . At the end of the course the delegate has a one to one mentoring session with the trainer to work through their own communication logic and to address any unanswered questions.
