The subjects you will cover are as follows: * Why Structured Thinking is a good idea. * Why Pyramid structures are an excellent form for structured thinking * Focusing on your audience - the introduction to the Pyramid * Why grouping is essential for creating a coherent structure. Why benefits are important when thinking about your messaging * What nested Pyramid are, and how they can be used to structure research. * Using Pyramids for proposals * Logical forms - Deductive and Inductive * Presentations - using your logic to build a presentation and presentation best practices - making your Pyramid structures come to life
Interacting with colleagues to create a Pyramid logic is always reported back as the highlight of the course. This feature is built into both the face to face tutored on-line options. It also provides an excellent opportunity for putting the theory of Pyramid Thinking Plus into practice.
We have built mentoring into the end of course sessions for all three options. This is because a mentoring session is so useful for embedding the learning. Learners go through the Pyramid logic for their own communication which gives them a taste of deploying the theory as business as usual. The session also gives the opportunity for delegates to correct any misunderstandings, and to have any resdidual questions that have emerged during the training answered.
