You can practice creating PyramidThinking Plus logics in a confidential and supportive environemnt by buying a pack of 10 mentoring sessions. These are valid 3 months. We will happily sign an NDA so you can work on the communications you are actively engaged with. Whilst you can learn Pyramid Thinking in a day it takes practice to become a grand master. But every time you practice you get better and the communication you work on improves.
These are half-day tutored on-line sessions for a group of 3-4 delegates. The delgatees get a brief reminder of the theory and then create their own one page logics for a communication they are working on and present the logic back to the group and the tutors. Not only do particpants get a reminder of the theory, they see it put into practice multiple times and get to put it into practice themselves in a supportive environment.
This is a two stage tutored on-line program for 3-4 delegates. Each delegate first has a 1 to 1 mentoring session with a tutor to run though their one page logic for a presentation they are working on. At the end of that session the tutor will recap how to turn a one page logic into a presentation. The delegates then each create a presentation and deliver it and their elevator pitch to the group. This gives participants the chance to develop their presentation and convincing skills using the Pyramid apporach.

In PA proposals are often "Red Teamed" . That is taken through a practice run with people not involved in the project. The audience are there to see if they can clearly see the governing thought (the one message that you are trying to convince your audience of) and the key line (the three to five reasons why your audience should believe the governing thought is true). If they can all is well and good - if not it gives the presenters the chance to refine their pitch before standing up in front of the client or customer. Train the Trainer
We have both trained the trainers in organisations, and helped build internal on-line Pyramid Thinking Plus training course. The former is done through a series of courses where the trainee trainers take on a greater percentage of the course materials with each delivery - with our expert tuors provinding feedback and support. This allows you to build you own cpacity to roll-out the apporach across your team or organisation.
